Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Sweepo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
License
Sweepo is provided free of charge. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Mac you own or control.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Review files before deletion — you are responsible for verifying which files to remove
- Maintain backups of important data
- Use the App in compliance with applicable laws
- Not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
File Deletion
Sweepo moves files to your Mac's Trash rather than permanently deleting them. Files in Trash can typically be recovered within 30 days or until you manually empty the Trash. However, once Trash is emptied, files cannot be recovered.
Important: Always review files before confirming deletion. The developer is not responsible for accidental deletion of important files.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy or reliability of results
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Compatibility with all systems or configurations
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Emirlan Rasulov shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data or files
- Loss of profits or business
- System damage or malfunction
- Any other damages arising from use of the App
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic, without regard to conflict of law principles.
